Namibia covers 824 268 square kilometers (318,250 sq. miles). A country with contrasting landscapes ranging from the world’s oldest desert to rugged mountains.
Seemingly everlasting sunshine, an abundance of wildlife, scenic beauty and a rich diversity of geological phenomena make Namibia a sought after tourist destination to which visitors return again and again.

Etosha National Park:
Centered on the vast Etosha Pan with its shimmering mirages, the renowned Etosha National Park is one of the world’s greatest conservation areas and Namibia’s prime tourist attraction. It is a sanctuary to large herds of animals typical of the African plains, and entices tourists hoping to spot four of the ‘Big Five’ - lion, elephant, leopard and rhino. After the summer rains thousands of waterbirds are attracted to the seasonally inundated pans and vleis. Covering 22 270 square kilometers, Etosha stretches for about 300 km from west to east and 110 km from north to south at its widest point. .
Sossusvlei:
The greyish-white clay pan, amidst awesome orange sand dunes up to 325 meters high, is situated on the edge of the world’s oldest desert, the Namib Desert.
Fish River Canyon:
The second largest canyon in the world and Namibia’s most spectacular geological feature.
Lüderitz & Kolmanskop:
and the fascinating ghost town of Kolmanskop, situated in the forbidden territory, the Sperrgebiet, is the focal point of Namibia’s Diamond Coast.
Swakopmund :
with its distinctly German atmosphere and colonial style buildings, is the country’s premier holiday resort and a convenient base from which to explore the mysterious Namib desert.
